Inauguration of Lord Krishna temple in Brundaban

Lord Krishna Temple in Vrindaban

A gargantuan new Lord Krishna temple is going to be inaugurated tomorrow on 17th February 2012 in Vrindaban. This astounding celestial temple has been established by one of the great saints of India, shree Kripalji Maharaj through Jagadguru Kripalu Parishad.

The architecture of Prem Mandir is based reported to be based on the norms provided in the divine book “Shilp-Ratnakar”, written by God Vishwa Karma, the God of Engineering and Technology.

The idiosyncratically stunning temple is made of white Italian marble. This marble is famous in the world for its utter whiteness and shine.

The temple covers 54 acre land with the colorful sweet-smelling gardens, elite cascades, and foretastes of pastimes of Hindu God Shri Radha and Krishna. The height of this temple is 125 feet.

The inside view of the temple obscures the onlookers in attitudes of devotion. The huge idols of Shri Radha Krishna are situated in the center of the ground floor. The inside walls have been decorated with the engraved paintings of Shri Radha Krishna and peeps of group Keertan and sermons of Shri Maharaj Ji.

The first floor is hyped with the idols of Shri Sita Ram. Towards the south side of this floor the scenes of the pastimes of Gaurang Mahaprabhu are engraved with multi color stones and towards the north side the pictures of all the 4 previous Jagadgurus and great rasik saints like Jeev Goswami, Haridas Ji, Hit Harivansh Ji and Vallabhacharya Ji are engraved beautifully. Besides that the beautiful bhajans, rasia, and verses are inscribed on the walls.

The most remarkable feature of this temple is the atmosphere, which reminds of the divine quintessence of Shri Radha Krishna`s divine love.
