Mata Vaishno Devi temple atop Trikuta hills in Reasi district of Jammu is a famous shrine in India and huge number of devotees used to visit here for pilgrimage. However, due to Coronavirus pandemic the shine had been closed for darshan for about five months and reopened on August 16. However, keeping in view the pandemic only 2000 numbers of devotees are being allowed these days to have obeisance of the Goddess. However, Mata’s devotees have taken a sigh of relief as it was announced recently that they can get Prasad from the shrine through speed post.
The said arrangement will help devotees to get Prasad at their doorstep who could not undertake the yatra due to the pandemic restrictions.
At least 3 categories of Prasad (offering) have been launched by the board on a no profit no loss basis, which can be booked either through the official website of the board or through telephonic mode. Here is the telephone number.
